All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email so you know when to expect your delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.

We ship worldwide through multinational carrier companies. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prices and delivery time vary by territory.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

The purchase of our products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to our terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.


Return Policy
The purchase of a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made are non-refundable or exchangeable and the purchase of an online/digital product is final.

Since the digital products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. Before purchasing, please ensure that you understand the technical requirements.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

For physical products requests for a refund are accepted at http://www.innovationistplaybox.com/contact within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back the products. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.

For Subscriptions

This subscriptions grants you monthly access and can be cancel on a monthly basis at any time after the first month. The access to the board is based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. If you are having difficulties please reach out to hello@innovationistplaybox.com and we will help you to cancel it.


For workshops and other services in-person and virtual cancellations are accepted at least 15 business days before the training/program/service date.

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days before workshop, will receive a refund minus a 10 percent administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the training/program/service, will not receive a refund.

  • To switch to a different session date, you must contact us at least 10 business days before the raining/program/service date. Please contact hello@innovationist.playbox to complete this transaction.

We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Workshop Ticket Purchase Terms:
By purchasing a workshop ticket, you acknowledge that the ticket grants access to the workshop event only and will take place at the specified date and location as mentioned in the event details. All tickets are provided "as is," meaning that they do not include any additional arrangements such as travel sponsorship, accommodation, or other support services.

Limited Liability:
Participants understand and accept that the organizers will not be liable for any travel expenses or logistical arrangements incurred in connection with attending the workshop. By registering for the event, participants agree to release the event organizers from any liability related to personal injury, property loss, or any other claims arising from attendance.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for participation in the workshop based on adherence to the stated terms and conditions. This includes the authority to deny entry to individuals who do not comply with the requirements set forth.

Refund Policy:
In the event that participants are unable to attend, a refund for the amount of the workshop ticket purchase may be requested up to 3 days before the workshop. Please contact us directly to initiate any refund requests.

License
Our standard license for all our digital and physical products and assets purchased grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial worldwide license for only one copy of the material you purchase. You might no replicate the material without written authorization from us.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact hello@innovationistplaybox.com with your transaction details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.


We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
